This app is provided to counsellors to record client information for the purpose of providing counselling services.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and to not use the app to store or transmit any information that is illegal or unethical. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their client’s information.

Intellectual Property Rights

The app and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by Grounded and are protected by UK and international copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

Grounded will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the app.

Data Collection and Usage

Grounded will only collect, store and use client information as necessary to provide the app’s services and in accordance with UK data protection laws.

Dispute Resolution

 Any disputes arising from the use of this app should be referred to gavin@onyoursidetherapy.com and will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to the Policy

Grounded reserves the right to modify this policy at any time and will notify users of any changes by updating this policy on the app or website.

This policy is available to users on the app and on the Grounded website.
